Does NOT work for iPod Touch or G3 iPhoneNovember 8, 2008 C. Bennett(Bay Area, CA) Apparently Apple changed the power connections on their "standard" connector. This tip will *NOT* work with either the G3 iPhone *or* the iPod Touch, and probably many (all?) future iPod products.
It does work fine with the older iPods.
