I did not like this product. I did not want anything with a clip, and this one has a clip on it. It felt flimsy and cheap and also the screen protector only covers the touch part of the screen, not the whole screen. However, I contacted the company, and they gave me instructions on how to return it and I got a full refund. So the company gets 5 stars, but the product, not so much. Griffin IClear is a much better product.

ITOUCH GEN 2 CASE AND COVER October 28, 2008

THE SCREEN PROTECTER IS WONDERFUL, I PUT IT ON THE IPOD SO WELL YOU CANT EVEN TELL ITS THERE, BUT ITS DOING ITS JOB PROTECTING THE SCREEN. THE CASE ON THE OTHER HAND OFFERS MINIMIAL PROTECTION, BUT IT IS GOOD FOR PUTTING IT ON OUR BELT AND KEEPING SCRATCHS OFF THE IPOD. SO I GUESS IT DOES ITS JOB, ALTHOUGH LITTLE PIECES OF IT HAVE CRACKED.

Okay but has some issues that needs to be fixed. October 9, 2008

I bought this product because stores like Best Buy and Circuit City did not have any iTouch 2G cases (I suppose the product is still to "new") that I liked and so I went to Amazon and sure enough they had this product.

I quickly ordered the product because like with any new electronic devices, especially handheld ones, it's bound to get scratched and dirty quickly (especially with the shiny backing of the iTouch 2g.)

So I got the product from the seller, there weren't any instructions because it's pretty self explanatory, so I put it on my iTouch 2g and everything seems good to go.

That's when I found out that the volume buttons located at at the left of the iTouch 2g is accessible ONLY IF YOU HAVE LONG FINGER NAILS THAT CAN REACH IT!

I am seriously disappointed at the fact that the volume buttons on the left of the itouch 2g cannot be accessible easily unless you have really long fingernails and patience.

Another thing I was disappointed with this product was that the sleep/wake button with the case on is ALSO DREADFULLY INACCESSIBLE UNLESS YOU HAVE LONG FINGERNAILS TO DIG AND POKE THE SMALL BUTTON.

I don't understand a protective case where it claims to have all buttons freely exposed when in reality (yes they are) BUT it seems rather "in-accessible" because it is really frustrating digging your nails into small opening every time you want to adjust something on the iTouch 2g.

The only upside to this product from getting a 1 star is the fact that the protective shield for the LCD screen is rather good, besides the dreaded AIR BUBBLES that I tried desperately to get rid of.

Oh on another note, there are NO INSTRUCTIONS ON TAKING THE PRODUCT OFF FROM THE ALREADY INSERTED iTouch 2g, and I kid you not that I had to forcefully cut with a knife the side of the plastic case to free my new iTouch 2g away from this product that I was high disappointed by.

On a side note, the case comes with an attached unattractive belt clip...though removable, it still leaves a giant hole in the back of the case with nasty ridges of where the clip once was once removed.

I hope this help's other future consumers, because this was my first product on Amazon I regret the most out of numerous products I have bought in the past.

Overall: I suggest not purchasing the product due to its inconveniences, other then that, if you can put up with it...and like belt clips...then go for it.
