I have a set of the Bose brand speakers which obviously have better sound. However, for the price of this product, the quality of the sound is wonderful. It is battery operated and small in size which makes it very convienent for travel. It is great to use by the pool, bedroom, or office.

I purchased this for my office and am very pleased. It is compact, delivers nice sound with easy volume adjustment for when I am on the phone, and recharges my iPod Touch. I can even use the application for researching medication information while the iPod is sitting in the dock.
I have only run it with the AC adapter, so don't know how quickly it uses batteries.
A very good value -- am thinking of purchasing another one for my bedroom.

This is the BEST yet I have heard and seen for my Ipod Classic.
[] Seat the correct plastic piece included for your specific model of Ipod, then seat your Ipod as shown in the above picture.
[] Great idea, because the Ipod automatically charges while being used by this docking speaker unit as it is played.
[] Use it in the car also by getting one of these units Universal Car Power DC Adapter I set my Vector Adapter to 4.5 Volt setting, and all works fine. I plug the adapter into the car 12 Volt plug, or use it on my 12 Volt plug on my solar panel/ 12 Volt battery.
[] Now you can turn your DVD's into MP4 files, and watch them on your Ipod as you listen using this docking unit.
[] Sound quality is as good as my 32" widescreen TV!
[] On top of unit are a couple push buttons - you push on each (-) (+) to adjust volume, nice feature for this unit.
[] IF you have your Ipod with a rubber cover, you may have to peel it back upwards, as the Ipod fits too tightly with it pulled down. Ipod sits in the cradle, it is a little loose fit, no 'click' type fit, just a gravity settle in so be careful it doesn't drop from cradle when you move the unit.
[] Best speaker unit yet I have seen and heard for the Ipod. Great sound quality, nice bass and treble (no adjustment for either, just 'VOLUME') but sound is perfect! 5 Stars for fast shipping...

Love this speaker system. Bought it after reading so many rave reviews and couldn't be more pleased. Sound quality is great and very easy to use. It does charge my 3rd generation Nano which was a pleasant surprise.

Love this product! I play my ipod on it while I'm at work. It is small enough to sit on my desk and not get in my way. I just take it out of my drawer in the morning, set it on my desk during the day, and then pop it back in the drawer at the end of the day. It is so convenient!
The only thing I didn't think about when ordering it is that you have to actually plug it in (not just use the battery power) if you want it to charge your ipod while you're listening to it. Also, the batteries don't last long, so I would suggest just plugging it in for both of those reasons.
